I love my Nutron and was really excited to try this Tautron. Its build and shape seemed great but when I tried to pull on the device, there was almost zero air flow. To get smoke I had to pull so hard I thought i was going to burst a blood vessel! I looked like a kid when they try and hold their breath and make their face turn red. I tried multiple carts/brands and I only used the brass adapters that came with the device. I thought mine must be defective. I contacted customer service regarding this within my "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" and now 30 days after that, still no reply from customer service regarding the issue. So I am disappointed to say the least, especially considering I had other issues with my order as well. During the pandemic, you expect issues, delays, etc. but a company should still stand behind their product.

I just bought it and love the battery overall specially because of its size as it's so discreet and stylish. It works with almost every 510 threaded cartridge pretty easily and effectively. But, I had a little hassle at start as I had to reattach the cartridge two or three times to use it properly but I read on internet about this issue and it was solved by simply cleaning the connections. Hopefully, this will not happen in future.

A good device to use the prefilled cartridges but please make sure that they all are 510 thread size and 10.5mm otherwise it won't work with it. Worked great with almost every cart, but it clogged lower resistance ones. Good portability and battery life, good materials, until one day after months of use one of the contacts disconnected and pulled out killing the device. Thankfully their service is exchanging it. Might not have happened if I didn't fidget with the magnetic attachment as much, but anyway I think it's a really good buy if it lasts for you, and if it doesn't they are willing to help

I've tried 3 batteries now. CCell Palm, PRTBL Nando, and this Tautron. The Tautron is the best of the bunch.
I bought the Palm at the same time 6 months ago. It's dead.
To replace the Palm, I got a Nando. It has all the bells and whistles. Adjustable voltage, no need to push a button, design, comfort. But 2 weeks into use and it's already having problems.
Tautron? Puffy little clouds. Keeps on kicking!

I don’t know where all these high star ratings came from but I can saying I’m having the same bad experience as others. I bought my pen on Black Friday and it worked great. Couple days ago I went to use my pen and 90% of the time when I pull no smoke but the light would come on. After playing around with unscrewing the adapter and pulling the cart out and in. Finally Al after messing around with it for a few hours I get one good pull and I’m cut off for the day. I’ve let the pen die and fully charged it and same thing. I’ve emailed the warranty department and knowing me tomorrow I’m going to receive an email saying I’m sol as I noticed that in the other review. Honestly people not worth the money just find another option.

This thing has great reviews and it's all because the thought of it is better than what it is. This thing is tiny, discreet and powerful, but what its shows you up front is great, but what's behind it is terrible. I have been through 3 of them and I take good care of my stuff. The battery conks out or the little fixture inside breaks off. Guess what, when you complain about it, all scenarios lead to it being your fault and there's no product support. So, for the great things it initially does for you, it's not worth the buy.

I'm surprised at all the "5star" reviews....
this thing is small and cute. Looks good, but only works when it wants to.
First: You have to screw on these little metal peices to your cartridge then slide the cartridge into the unit.
When you screw on the metal piece it makes the cartridge hard to suck and take draw.
Second: you put the cartridge into the unit and take a draw and nothing happens about 70% of the time. The light lights up, but not vape. You gotta pull it out, eff around with the metal piece drop it in try again. sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't.
imo its a piece of poop and i'll be looking for a new 510 battery to replace this

The only drawback was when purchasing we thought it fitted all cartridges but it only goes up to 10.5 so just be aware of this.

I purchased this product in early January 2021 and actually really enjoyed it. It is portable, aesthetically pleasing, and accepts a wide array of cartridges. However, two weeks later the contact point within the unit where the cartridge sits became loose and stopped detecting any cartridges. I contacted TVAPE and provided photos of the issue clearly showing a loose connector. The customer service rep was insistent that the magnetic adaptor was the issue and asked me to further provide a video of it "not being able to detach even after pulling it out" to a third party server for review. I am unable to provide this video because this is not the issue. I told the customer service rep that there is nothing wrong with the magnetic adaptor that screws into the cartridge and it can detach without any problem. The problem is with the battery itself and the durability of the contact point where the cartridge sits. The customer service rep would not acknowledge my specific issue despite being provided with repeated clarification and photos. I did not request a refund, I only wanted a replacement as this product was only about 2 weeks old when the problem arose and I did enjoy it when it was functional.
Given the high review rating of this product, I am convinced I received a lemon in the production line and is not consistent with other people's experience with this product.

Love it. So much better than the default options at dispensaries. The unit feels reliable and well-build; the shape is nice to hold and not too large. It makes clouds quicker and thicker than a lot of other distillate-based pens I've used. I've used it every other day for a few weeks on one charge, so battery life is also a pro. So far no problems fitting various 510 threaded carts--and the magnetic attachment mechanism feels nice, reliable, convenient, etc. My one wish is that the Tautron came with a few extra magnetic adapters so I didn't need to switching them between carts. I just got mine today, it is a pretty sick device in terms of performance and compatibility but the magnetic connection doesn't work as good as it is describe because it doesn't fit tight in the place.
