Free Shipping Eligibility
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all US orders with a total value of over $45 (after applicable coupon codes and before tax). Please note that customers outside of the Continental United States, Puerto Rico or Hawaii are currently not eligible for free shipping and will be responsible for standard shipping costs.
Customs & Duties
Thanks to our new US warehouse, all shipments within the continental United States are now processed domestically, virtually eliminating the possibility of customs charges upon delivery. This means no more unexpected fees or delays at the border for our US customers!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We proudly offer shipping to customers in Australia. Please note that shipping fees may vary depending on your location within Australia, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected during checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- For all orders placed using credit card payments, your shipping address must match your billing address.
- We process and ship orders on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or public holidays
- With all orders, please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing times.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during special promotions or holidays.
- Order tracking will be provided via email after you place your order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated on our carrier’s websites.
- These timeframes are an estimate, and not guaranteed.
- Adverse weather conditions, disruptions in carrier operations, labor disputes, public/seasonal holidays, elections and customs processing (for USA and International orders) may increase transit time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or disruptions.
- For late packages, please note that during high volume seasons (such as special promotions or holidays) or due to any service disruptions with our carriers, we cannot guarantee dates of delivery. If your package is late, please email cs@tvape.com for assistance.
- Any packages that are returned to sender (RTS), refused or unclaimed will be subject to additional return fees.
- Please note that international orders are subject to the import laws and regulations of the destination country. In the event that a parcel is seized, delayed, or refused by customs, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for the affected items.
