Good product - Bad Company
I do like my Carta 2, Its nice and easy for home use and travel. The cleaning could be easier but overall not bad. I've owned mine for about 6 months now and I've only had one issue and that was where my ceramic failed, due to my cleaning it roughly.

Messed up upon arrival

Sent faulty products and support won’t respond to me.
Bought my Carta months ago and it has maybe worked for a total of week. Product does no charge correct due to the base(external battery charger worked). Was sent a second faulty base after the first. Their customer service is terrible. They are straight ignoring me.
Oh and they do not offer refunds factory defaulted equipment.
Even when it does work, it seems to waste a lot of product, the flavor, and quality of vapor is poor (again could be cause I have been sent broken products) you are better off spending $20 bucks on a nectar collector.
As a side note check out the better business bureau’s website. There are multiple complaints that have been filed against this company for this same issue. They know they are selling trash and don’t care.

I have been waiting to write a review on this unit as I haven't tried the herbal attachment till now. I just received it today and damn!!! it works perfectly with it as well. I love its removable battery option which makes it more portable. I have 4 extra batteries. the glass part is a little difficult to carry, but the carrying case that comes with it is just excellent. I love this vaporizer.

It looks great and unique. The vapor tastes really good and clean. This thing is efficient as hell, works extremely well at higher temperature settings as well. It has good battery life and last long enough. Draw resistance is a little higher than I'm used to but nothing major. Other than that, it works pretty well and is surely a great dual vape!

An excellent portable wax rig for wax lover and you can also do herbs in it. This vape produces big clouds and water filter the vapors to give smooth tasty hits, on high temp it gives harsher hits but I enjoyed it a lot. Everything is great but I can not use the iOS app to operate it, facing a bit disappointments from Apple but this portable device is great.

I would call it a great portable desktop vape because it is not too much big that you can not take it with you sometimes neither too small that you can take it everywhere just a decent size, has amazing features and provides tasty vapors, both buckets fulfil their properties upto expectations. Haptic feedback and replace able battery are just good excuses to purchase it. A minor issue is that becuase of too many parts it is difficult to clean.

Ich liebe die Carta, ich wünschte nur, die Eimer wären etwas größer und der Klopfer oben und unten, um die gesamte Rückgewinnung am Boden des Zerstäubers zu verhindern. Schöne Dampfproduktion. Had 2 puffco sold both! Got a focus v carta never going back the product is so good My friend bought one the next day it’s a incredible device thanks to Focus V. It hits hard... only thing bad I can say is that it was difficult to twist off the atomizer to switch to the quartz bucket besides that the Carta is a great purchase.

I love the Focus V Carta, a friend of mine has the Peak but I just couldn't justify the price, the Carta is cheaper and I like it a lot better.
