The Water tool adapter has the exact same base design as the mouthpiece, so it fits flush with the top cap. All you have to do is remove the current mouthpiece and then place the adapter in the same spot where the mouthpiece was. Then simply find a compatible 10mm bubbler and hook it up to the end of the adapter.

Water filtration is generally used when a softer draw is needed. Vapor that is filtered through water not only cools down in temperature, but it's also literally less particle dense (which is why its less harsh). The tradeoff is flavor.
