- Idk if defective unit or what but it sucks
- Reliable, powerful, easy to clean
- I’ve used it for a few weeks. It hold a charge for a long time and works perfectly. I like the smaller size
- Love the compact size. My first one didn't function properly. Customer service was excellent and quickly replaced it.
- I've never had a magnetic connect that worked well, this is no different. When the cart made the right connection, she worked. But if I pulled it out of my pocket, or grabbed it as I would any, my hand would have moved the cart causing an error. If I picked it up gently without disturbing the cart, she might work, but she also might not. If you're gentle, leave her on the table sealed hermetically to avoid any atmospheric changes, you might have a winner in the Zeus Ion lol ( that was a joke). It's also a joke that this unit comes up #1 for 510 connect. When requesting a refund and a return, with a smile they told me they'd replace the unit with the same trash or send me a cheaper unit for free. Those were the options I was given. No refunds or returns. I requested a store credit and they allowed it."this time" as a one time courtesy. Pathetic

Please reply to our email or contact us directly with more information — we’ll be happy to walk you through the setup and get your unit working properly. - I never received the item. Firstly, they failed to send me any tracking information. Then, when it was clearly late I emailed them for an update. Then, they sent me the tracking info which they claimed proved delivery had been made!
I 100% assured them that, no, it was not made.
They told me I had to go to the post office and file a report etc.
I told them they should be tracking this stuff, not me and I moved on with my life.
They are presumably a scam organization. They refused to engage with me about NO PRODUCT ACTUALLY HAVING BEEN RECEIVED BY ME.
They are thieves, plain and simple.
So, I went with another company and they delivered within a few days, sending correct tracking info etc. BEFORE the delivery was made.
