The first thing you’ll want to do with the unit is sterilize it. To do that, press and hold the button located on the top of the unit to turn it on. The lights on the side will illuminate and the unit will vibrate once it is on, and it will begin to heat up. Press the power button twice to get to the maximum temperature. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the Zeus Arc will go into sleep mode, so to re-engage the unit, simply shake it. Repeat this process three more times to complete the sterilization. This will get rid of any of the manufacturing oils which may have gotten inside the unit as a result of putting it together.
To load your unit, remove the silicone mouthpiece to expose the heating chamber. This unit was designed with a built-in scoop, so go ahead and scoop your botanical right into the chamber.
The Zeus Arc has 3 temperatures that you can cycle between by pressing the power button. The lowest is 212 degrees Celsius, medium is 221, and the third is the highest at 230 degrees Celsius. Once you have picked your desired temperature, the lights will pulse blue, letting you know the unit is heating up. The LED lights will glow green when you are ready to vaporize!
Let’s talk about some of the key features of the Zeus Arc which make it top class.
First is the design. Similar to Porsche and Audi, this vaporizer is engineered in Germany injecting automotive DNA and packing a ton of horse power in sleek chassis. The GT version of the Zeus Arc features what Zeus has dubbed Goldsink technology. Gold plating is used throughout the Zeus Arc, from the air path, to the heating chamber to the heatsink in the mouthpiece. Gold is extremely conductive and can both transfer heat to your herbs quickly, as well as remove heat from the vapor before it hits your lips. These gold pieces working in tandem help sync the overall temperature of the device, avoiding uncomfortable hot spots.
The second is the Arc’s portability. Small, sleek, and discrete, this little guy fits right in your hand for some stealthy draws, perfect for on-the-go vapers who require a powerful unit to move with them. The three cycles of the unit will allow you to stretch each bowl substantially longer and the 90-minute battery life will ensure the Zeus Arc is ready whenever you are.
The third is the accessibility. This unit has one button to control everything. The accelerometer is a great addition - simply shake the unit to tell how much battery life you have left. Haptic feedback allows you to know exactly when your device has reached your set temperature. There is also a magnetic multitool right at your fingertips that allows you to stir or empty your bowl easily.
All in all, The Zeus Arc GT brings home the Gold. It is a compact, performance driven, heavy hitting cloud machine with German Engineering to back it up.
I’m Alex for TVAPE TV. We hope you enjoyed this video and found it useful. And for all you connoisseurs out there, keep vapin'!
Whats going on, this is Alex from TVape. Solid choice getting the Zeus Arc. Let’s go over some quick cleaning tips to make sure you get nice tasty vapour from your unit every time. First we’re gonna go over the materials you’re gonna need, and then we’ll get into cleaning and maintenance.
Before you start cleaning, make sure you have: the Zeus purify cleaning solution diluted 40 percent with water, fresh water, Zeus grime wipes, Zeus grime sticks, Zeus bristle cleaners, Your flow sink tool
To clean the chamber, first remove the mouthpiece. Then grab a Grime stick and snap the end, releasing the alcohol. Wipe the inside of the chamber, then the funnel.
To ensure that no alcohol particles are left behind, wait a couple of minutes, then turn the unit on, set it to the highest setting and let it run through 3 cycles. While that’s happening, let’s tackle the rest of the parts.
The flow sink is the trickiest bit when cleaning your Arc thoroughly. Take out your flow sink tool and push it through the vapour path at the bottom of the unit. DO NOT push your flow sink tool down through the top, this will damage your Arc. Place it on a table and press down on the unit, which will push your flow sink up and into the chamber.
Then remove your multitool and mouthpiece and separate all of the parts. Take all of these pieces and place them in a Zeus purify mixture for half an hour. Then use the bristle cleaners to dislodge any remaining particles, as well as the vapour path.
Rinse these pieces and then towel dry. To replace the flow sink, drop it into the chamber and use your flow sink tool to lightly push it back into place. Then do the same for the brillo pad.
For best care, we recommend that you brush your heating chamber out after every use.
I’m Alex - thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! Cheers, and as always, keep vapin’!

With roughly 1/2 tsp of herb I can get roughly a session and a half, the battery seems to be good for about 3-5 sessions (I'll sometimes up the temperature for the second session after a stir and re-tamp).
The Arc is easy to load, maintain, and operate and the vapour is wonderful. I can actually get more flavour and effect with this vaporizer, especially compared to smoking.
The only complaints I've got are that after a few months use the gold plating on the flowsink is either wearing off or corroding and considering how thin the plating seems to be I don't think we're really getting a big cooling effect compared to the standard Arc; the second complaint is more a piece of advice when cleaning the Arc. When you use the probe tool to push the retainer and filter out for cleaning, be very careful to avoid losing the filter. It's tiny, about .75 mm in diameter and only a couple millimetres long. If it bounces and lands on anything but the softest and whitest carpet, it's gone.
Fortunately TVape does sell replacement 3-packs in Arc and Arc GT styles.
I've ordered the Arc care package that includes mouthpiece, grill, and flowsink. I'll try to get a good sampling of comparisons and decide from there.
Nonetheless, after trying a cheap $50.00 vaporizer from Amazon and the Utillian 420, I can easy say the Arc and Arc GT far surpass the other two and are worth the difference in price.
-High quality, very solid feel and construction.
-Well thought out design and very nice user experience.
-Good battery life, not insane but good
-USB charging is convenient
-Very good vapor quantity, quality and flavor
-Uses a lot of herb
-Gets dirty FAST and is a pain to clean. It has small fiddly parts, I actually dropped the filter down the drain by accident and had to pull the dirt trap out of the sink to get it.
-No exact temp control, only 3 settings to which you are never really sure what the temp is as
-The gold coating is coming off of mine and permanently stained with a brown tarnish. This is pretty disappointing given' how little use it's had so far (under 100 sessions)
-The magnetic tool on the bottom gets lost easily and quickly. Mine fell off many times and eventually got permanently lost after 3 weeks.
I purchased this in store at T-Vape and the service and experience was excellent.
But. Yes, there is a but...
The vapor of my herb gets very very harsh. Too the point where I end up coughing for an hour. I tried it on the two lower heats. After that, I forgo using #3. No need to torture myself!
The Zeus Smite (which I own) was designed to accept attaching the Zeus Bolt, a cooling unit that does wonders for vape (and combustion, or so I am told by my Neanderthal puffers). BUT. the Arc was not. Thus my flavor & enjoyment are reduced.
For its price point and craftsmanship, I highly recommend the Zeus Arc (apart from my complaints above!)
I also recommend the Zeus Smite, at a lower cost...
Other cool features I would love to try are the attachments and setting it up with a bong etc.
The only few things I would say are little pet peeves are :
1.that it does run hot on the lips after a good session
2. the screen tends to scratch at the heat sink
3. I foresee me having to replace that Brillo type cylinder flow sink part. Are these going to be for sale? Should be.
Good battery life
And sophisticated look
Been through 3 sessions so far and the vapour production is fabulous, nice dense clouds if you jack it up all the way to full temp. Took some playing around to get the pack right, seems to like a medium tamp. Also found I get better airflow if I take the multi tool off the bottom while drawing. not sure why though. For an extra smooth session try putting the removable heat sink/mouthpiece in the freezer for 15m before use. Takes what was an already smooth draw to insane level of mellow.
I would recommend this unit to anyone.
