About Utillian 8 BurstHit 3D Heating Element
The BurstHit 3D Heating Element is extremely efficient at vaporizing your concentrates. Its 3D design allows all surfaces to be heated up for consistent sessions every time. The ruby terp pearls (included with the U8 device & sold separately) spin around your element, which helps evenly vaporize your wax, allowing for the purest extraction. The atomizer is also made of ceramic and stainless steel, which helps to preserve flavor. You should only load for one session because the terpenes of your premium wax vaporize first, and you want to ensure your wax is done after your session. Otherwise, you will have pre-heated wax left over in the chamber that doesn't have much flavor for your next session.

From our previous troubleshooting, it looks like the issue may be related to exhaling into the mouthpiece. This can cause water to enter areas it shouldn’t and may lead to cracking due to thermal shock.
We recommend avoiding blowing back into the bubbler and instead letting the device cool naturally between uses. This should help prevent the issues you’ve experienced and improve overall performance. - Review Title: Severe Design Defect, Denied Warranty, and Gaslighting Customer Service
I purchased the Utillian 8, and it suffers from a massive engineering flaw. The bubbler’s vacuum seal is so sensitive that normal use causes water to leak directly into the base, instantly cracking the internal heating element. I currently have THREE cracked 3D heating elements sitting on my desk to prove it.
Instead of taking responsibility for this recurring design defect, TVape denied my warranty claim (Ticket #203819) and blamed it on "user error." I was forced to pay out of pocket for a third replacement element on February 17th. When I spoke to customer service, the rep had the nerve to tell me "nobody has ever had to get replacements like this," completely dismissing my suggestion that they need to re-engineer the water seal like other major E-Rig brands have successfully done.
I submitted a formal dispute complete with photos of all three broken elements, and TVape has completely ignored my emails. Do not buy the Utillian 8 or do business with TVape. The device will inevitably break due to poor engineering, they will blame you for it, make you pay for replacements, and then ghost you when you ask for real support.Reply from TVAPE February 25Thank you for sharing your experience and for providing the photos of your Utillian 8 heating elements. We want to clarify that we have received your complaint and requested a video to fully understand the situation. Based on the video you shared, our technical support team determined that water entered the unit due to being blown into the bubbler. This can cause thermo shock and cracking of the heating element. As a safety note, this applies to all bubbler-style devices across brands—blowing into the bubbler can cause leaks and the bubbler to empty out each and everytime.
We take all reports seriously and are committed to helping our customers troubleshoot and use their devices safely.

We’ve reviewed your purchase history and see only one replacement element purchased from us in January, with the original unit purchased in November. We’ve reached out via email to better understand the situation and work with you on a resolution. - I dont think ingot my value for the money.... out the box it came defective.... the heating chamber wasn't working right. Customer service was awesome they helped me right away in every way they could. But the device itself is dont think its worth that price... spend a few extra bucks and go for the dr. - Five star customer service. I had a crack in the bowl. It was immediately replaced. I had one shipped out the next day.
- I like the hit and the convenience. However, it can lose intensity over time and usually needs replaced after 6 months. I am a heavy user, so that doesn't seem too bad.
- Perfect replacement. Pro tip: dont try to clean it with a blowtorch
- Works great for a short timeThe heating element that originally came in the utilian 8 worked great but didn’t last quite as long as I’d like. Whenever I went to order another one I had to wait upwards of 3 weeks for them to be available for purchase. Whenever they became available again I purchased 2 of them. I’ve already smoked through the one and the other is getting close. If they’re not made more durable then you should give the option to buy them in bulk for a discounted price. $60 every week for a new heating chamber makes this product very unaffordable for extended use.
