- The rubber base from the Puffco Proxy Travel Pack-Black does not fit. In fact, it is so small that I can't stretch it to fit the base of the pipe as is seen in photos of the pipe and rubber base together. I have attached two photos below to illustrate how poorly fitting the rubber base is. If you would be kind enough to send a properly fitting rubber base, I'd be grateful.
