How does the Referral Program work?

Customers who have already placed an order on our website will be eligible for the Refer and Earn Program. If you refer a friend or family member (who are new to our website and have not made a purchase with us) using the code provided, that person will get 10% off their first purchase and you will get 10% of their purchase as a store credit towards your next purchase. In case of refund earned coupon will be refunded to the store credit.

How I can find my referral code and share it with others?

After placing an order, you will get a referral code email, which can be shared with anyone through social media and email.

You can also find details including the unique referral code under “My Account-> My Referral Program” Section.

Once I share my referral code, how can my friend or family member use the code?

Your custom code must be added to the “Apply a Promo Code” field on the checkout page of the website to receive the 10% discount.

Can a customer combine the referral code with another discount?

The referral code can not be used with other discount coupons.

How many people can I refer to?

There is no limit to sharing the referral code, but a maximum of 5 new people can use your code.

Do you need to made a purchase to refer a friend?

Yes, a purchase on our website is required to participate in the program.

Can I use the referral code without creating an account?

Yes, you can use the referral code on the checkout page without creating an account, but the email should be non-registered and there should not be any past orders on record.

How do I know when a referral has been successful?

Once your friend or family member places their first order using a referral code and the order has been shipped and completed, you will automatically receive an email informing you that someone has made a purchase using the code. At that point, your earned store credit will be available under the “My Account-> My Referral Program” section.

How can I use my earned store credit?

The earned store credit code must be used on the checkout page, on the “Apply a Promo Code” field using the coupon code. Store credit can be combined with other discounts. The order value must be greater then the store credit value and the discount value to use the store credit code.

Is there a time limit to use my earned store credit by?

Earned store credit must be used within a year of date of issue.

Termination and Changes in the Program

TVape can suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn Program or a user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason. TVape reserves the right to suspend the account or remove store credit if we notice any activity it believes is abusive, fraudulent or in violation of their terms and conditions.
