2 Year Warranty
The Arizer Air Max Canada comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty on the device itself, along with a lifetime warranty on the heater. Normal degradation of the battery and general wear and tear is not covered. The glass aroma tubes are also not covered under warranty.

- I bought the Arizer Air Max as my first dry herb vape as someone who exclusively smokes from a bong or rolls up. I was searching for beginner friendly vapes and this is the one I settled on.
When I first opened the product and used it, it made absolutely 0 vapor. I use the water attachment the most and I gotta say, it gets the job done. HOWEVER I am NOT a fan of the look or of the long vape stem. It still gets hot, not enough go burn you, but enough that it’s not the most comfortable.
I was NOT a fan of the clouds. The vapor created is very little to none. The battery lasts about 3 hours on a full charge but you can see and feel a very noticeable difference after 55% mark. It works best 70-100%
Conclusion: while I may have sounded very negative I do have to say, this Arizer Air Max being my very first dry herb vape, I was impressed. I loved the design, taste, and how easy it was to use. I don’t like the fragile tips, the way the get hot, the screen filters suck, and I don’t like how bulky it is when you’re using it on the bong. Other than that I’d say buy it if you’re trying to try something new and want high quality durability. But if you want clouds and thick vapor, this 100% is not the machine for you. It’s mostly designed for flavor and slow hits, I need something for daily fat rips, so I will be ordering a POTV Lobo as soon as possible!Reply from TVAPE September 22Thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review! - I like it a lot. I ordered the bigger bowl with longer glass tube. The only issue is, I can’t fit more in there, but that should be taken care of with the new glass piece, which only cost me less than five dollars with my discount that I received overall a great product.
