- Let’s have a look at the Smite Plus Vaporizer. This unit is the new and improved version of the original Smite Vaporizer from the Canadian-based manufacturer ZEUSArsenal.
Inside the box you’ll find the Smite Plus vaporizer , one mouthpiece, one charger, two screens, one cleaning brush, one cleaning tool and if you order with us you can also choose to receive a free ZEUS Bolt grinder made of aircraft grade aluminum.
The first thing you’ll want to do with the unit is sterilize it. To do that, press the power button on the side of the unit 5 times quickly to turn on the unit. Use the up arrow button to bring the unit to its highest temperature, which is 222 degrees Celsius. The Smite plus will automatically begin to heat, so let the unit sit and run through a full cycle. After 5 minutes, the Smite plus will go into sleep mode, so to re-engage the unit, press any button once and then hold the power button for 3 seconds to start heating again. Repeat this process 3 more times to complete the sterilization. This will get rid of any of the manufacturing oils that may have gotten inside the unit as a result of putting it together.
Once you’ve done that, you’re ready to load your unit with freshly ground botanical. To grind up your botanical we always recommend using the ZEUS bolt grinder. The bolt grinder has been calibrated to grind up your botanical to the perfect consistency for vaporization. That means its fine enough to be properly vaporized inside of your unit, but not so fine that it fly’s through screens. To load your unit, slide the top lid over to expose the heating chamber. Using your ZEUS scoop, load freshly ground botanical into the heading chamber. Take the mouthpiece out from the bottom compartment of your unit, screw it in on top of the heating chamber and you are ready to vaporize!
The Smite plus vaporizer has precise temperature control which you can adjust to the individual degree by pressing the up arrow and down arrow buttons on the side of the unit. You can see the unit’s set and actual temperature on the LED screen and you can also flip between Celsius and Fahrenheit by pressing and holding the up and down arrow buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The Smite plus can be set between 40 – 222 degrees Celsius and it will automatically begin heating to the last pre-set temperature when turned on. For best results, we recommend vaporizing between 190 – 210 degrees Celsius. Once the chamber is fully heated, the set temperature shown on the screen will match the actual temperature shown on the screen. This unit heats up super-fast and can reach its highest temperature in less than 30 seconds!
To wrap this unit up, I’d like to tell you guys about some of the key features of the Smite plus that make it such a stellar unit. The first is the Smite Plus’s precise temperature control. This unit offers you complete control over the type of vapor want, and connoisseurs who prefer either dense clouds or light flavourful draws will be fully satisfied by the Smite plus’s wide temperature range. The second is the Smite plus’s ease of use. This unit features separate function buttons and a crisp LED display. It’s easy to load, clean, charge and its simple functionality makes it the perfect vaporizer for both beginners and true connoisseurs alike. The third is the Smite’ plus’s battery indicator. This unit features a 4 bar battery indicator on the LED screen which tells you how much charge is left in your unit, with each battery bar representing about 25% of its 3 hour battery life. This is a great feature because you can always check to make sure you have enough battery life and never be caught without a charge.

How it WorksLike the original, the Smite Plus’s mouthpiece is stored in a hidden compartment located at the bottom of the unit. Slide the bottom lid over and take out the mouthpiece. Slide the top lid over to reveal the heating chamber and load your botanical into the chamber so it is about 80% full, packing it down slightly. Screw the mouthpiece on top of the heating chamber. To turn the unit on, press the power button on the side of the unit 5 times quickly (in 2 seconds) and the LED will turn on and display ‘Summoning Smite’. Adjust the temperature to your liking by using the up and down arrow buttons on the side of the unit. The Smite Plus will automatically begin to heat. When the ‘actual’ temperature displayed on the screen matches the ‘set’ temperature, you are ready to enjoy your vapor! |

I have a zeus smithe for about 4 months now. There is something rattling around as if a screw is loose or something. What is it? Its still practically new since I’m not a daily vaper.

i totally disagree..itis a piece of crap unit…after 3 five minute cycles you cannot hold it or breathe off it, it is way too hot…so how can you say it has a 3hr use…..you have to wait until it cools to reuse it.
The air flow drops by 50% at least during the 2nd five min cycle.
You cannot clean it entirely so it smells, the mouthpiece is so thin that you cannot clean it, there seems to be some kind of ceramic nugget inside the cap of the mouthpiece as per a post a came across while someone was trying to clean theirs, they took it apart ans broke it not realizing they were not to take that part apart. I emailed the company 3 diff email address off their page, plus left voice mail at every option on their line, and no one returned my contact, they never answer live. I bought my unit thru my local medical dealer and have buyers remorse, worst money I every spent. I cant smoke in my bldg so it was suggested. I did research and all reviews were 80% but I now think it is a crappy company who wrote the review themselves or got someone else to, most of the reviews are identical. very disappointed user. I am on a limited income on medical disability for hereditary disease. It sucked spending the money for something so useless.
Hey Karen, I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the Smite. Let me try and address some of the issues you are having to improve your experience.
Warm vapor is very common in portable units as there is not a lot of time/room for the vapor to cool down from the time it exits the heating chamber to the time it reaches your mouth. This is a very common problem and a recent survey actually revealed this is the number one pet peeve about vaporizers. So rest assured this is not a flaw in the Smite you received. We suggest you try vaporizing at a lower temperature or consider a vapor cooling device like the Iceborn ( https://tvape.com/zeus-iceborn.html ) to improve your experience if this is very bothersome for you.
When we refer to 3 hours, we are not suggesting you use the Smite for 3 hours continuously, rather we are stating that the unit has a 3 hour battery life. 🙂
Draw resistance can certainly impact your experience so I understand why you may be upset about this. Draw resistance is usually compromised when the screen develops a layer of botanical buildup over the course of your session. This is also very normal for most vaporizers and why we suggest brushing off the screen in between sessions when you are changing your herbs in the heating chamber.
You can take the entire mouthpiece apart no problem and run a pipe-cleaner soaked with rubbing alcohol through the silicone part to dislodge any particles stuck in the pathway. Great product! I just received the smite + today and I got to try different herbs at different temperatures. I got surprised by the quality and the thickness of the vapor coming out of that little sucker. I think its easy to clean, very cheap for the quality of the materials, great instructions and really tasty with the use of my glass mouth piece. I highly suggest it to anybody that’s new or experienced in vaping that wants a discreet , efficient and affordable high quality vape sessions on the go! Only hiccup was with the down button, at first I thought it was stuck, couldn’t click it. But now that I figured out how it works and tried it a couple times, it clicks well. Weird. Enjoy the smite +, I am!
My husband bought this for me for when I have to go out to a doctors appointment. It’s very discrete and fits nicely in my purse. I love the thick vapor I get from mine. I’ve had mine a while now and it’s done a great job. I love this as a portable vaporizer! Just a question though, I know it says battery life 2-3 hours.. First day I charged it, made sure it was full…
I have used it twice now, about 15 min sessions, and batter has dropped to 2 bars… is this normal?
I have my temp from 290 to 385. It seems like maybe I have a bad battery with such a low about of time used? Thanks

Bought my Zeus Smite Plus around xmas 2015 and Im still puffing on it till this day! Best Purchase I could have made… Very discreet and compact and gets the job done. Make sure you invest in a glass mouth peice for ease of use and cleaning.

Honestly, this unit really is geared towards dry herbs, concentrates is a bit of an afterthought. I would recommend getting a dedicated wax pen for your concentrates like the Zeus Thunder 2, you will be more satisfied with the wax experience.
Curious.. I’m waiting for my smite + but wanted to know, can i also use nicotine oil in this unit as well.. totally new to this scene.

The Smite+ is really geared towards dried herbs. I would recommend getting a dedicated e-liquid vaporizer if you want to use nicotine based oils.
