The Yocan Wit vape features a zinc-alloy chassis which houses the internal 500mAh battery. It is pretty simple and minimal in its design. The button placement is just okay.<\/p>\n

The housing feels sturdy enough but there is some unpleasant rattling when handled. The satin-like finish which lends a little bit of texture when gripping the device so that it rarely feels slippery to the touch, even for those with sweaty palms.<\/p>\n

Instead of using a display to relay relevant info about the device\u2019s status, the Yocan Wit relies on an easy to understand yet effective series of LED lights that inform you of the device\u2019s remaining battery life as well as the power mode that it’s currently set to.<\/p>\n

Users looking for a larger battery life usually tend to prefer units like the Smok Micare<\/a> that has 700 mAh battery.<\/span><\/p>\n

The fact that it charges up within a mere 30 minutes by its convenient micro USB port is nothing to scoff at although deep in our hearts we honestly wish that this device had a USB C port instead (We are in the 2020 people!).<\/p>\n

Ease of Use\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

While most devices as compact as the Yocan Wit tend to conceal the majority of the cartridge within the frame for maximum portability, this makes it quite a chore for when you want to check how much material is left in the tank.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t an issue for the Yocan Wit however as the device sports a slotted window where the cartridge goes in, giving you a clear view of the goods without having to pull out the tank.<\/p>\n

Another handy-dandy feature of the Yocan Wit which makes things a bit easier for the end-user is the magnetic base of the 510 port which allows you quickly disconnect the cartridge from the battery.<\/p>\n

While the cartridge still needs to be threaded onto the magnetic connector, it still makes separating the tank from the device a breeze when in a hurry or when your hands are full.<\/p>\n

One major difference between the Yocan Wit and pen-style devices such as the Tronian Pitron<\/span><\/a>, however, is that the former doesn\u2019t use draw-activated firing. This might a pro or con depending on the user as both methods of firing definitely have their merits.<\/p>\n

The singular power button is still a no-brainer to use however and even the least tech-savvy users out there should have no trouble when it comes to setting up their device. <\/div><\/div>

Overall the Yocan Wit is a decent oil pen battery for the price. It doesn’t do anything spectacular to change the game, it’s pretty rudimentary in its approach. There is not much to set this unit apart from other units in Yocan’s lineup like the Yocan Handy<\/a> or Yocan Rega<\/a>.<\/p>\n
