We\u2019ve seen a handful of luxury, high-end grinders come out lately. From the classic Santa Cruz Shredder and Cali Crusher to the Zeus Bolt XL<\/a> grinder, high-quality grinders are few and far between compared to cheap aluminum and plastic clones. The Brilliant Cut has a rather hefty price tag attached to it, is it worth it?<\/p>\n

How it Works<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s pretty straightforward. Using a grinder is about as far from rocket science as we can imagine. The only thing you\u2019ll have to do is change out the grinding plate to match the type of flower consistency you like. Medium is always a good place to start.<\/p>\n

Load up your nugs and grind away! Scoop it out and use it. All there is to it, pretty simple process we think.\"Brilliant<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Manufacturing Quality<\/h3>\n

The Brilliant Cut is well, brilliant! It\u2019s visually gorgeous with its jewel type faceplate, attractive finish, and high-grade aluminum. Lightweight, durable, and reliable. Not much else you can ask for.<\/p>\n

Our favorite aspect of the Brilliant Cut is certainly the interchangeable grind plates which add a layer of customization not seen in a grinder before, essentially giving you 3 grinders in one, one course, one fine, and one medium. If you are a person constantly switching between vaping the Davinci Miqro<\/a>, glass, and papers this grinder may be right up your alley.<\/p>\n

Our second favorite thing about the Brilliant Cut is the lack of threading with magnetic center post replacing the traditional threading. This means no more gummed up threads or having your lid stuck shut.<\/p>\n

It’s also worth noting this is a 3 piece grinder as oppose to your traditional 4 piece grinder, which means no pollen catch. Some people may see this as a positive, while others may feel otherwise, this is really personal preference.<\/p>\n

Ease of Use<\/h3>\n

Grinders aren\u2019t hard to use and completely disassembling the entire device takes little effort. Cleaning it entirely just requires it to be submerged in isopropyl alcohol \u2013 not much else to do!<\/p>\n

Performance<\/h3>\n

So smooth! It\u2019s genuinely a pleasure grinding herb with this device, later on, to be used with units such as the Zeus Arc GTS Hub<\/a>. It slices and cuts your herb very quickly and rotating the entire assembly is smooth as butter. It doesn\u2019t get clogged or stuck nearly as often as regular grinders, reducing the overall cleaning time.<\/p>\n

The resulting grind is incredibly uniform, fluffy, and about what you\u2019d expect, especially with the cost associated. Less kief gets lost in the process and stays with your precious herb. The little concave section makes scooping herb out even easier.\u00a0<\/div><\/div>

Overall Experience<\/h3>\n

The Brilliant Cut grinder is certainly one of the more impressive grinders we\u2019ve come across. It\u2019s aesthetically elegant, works well, and really brings a little more charm to the entire experience.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, it\u2019s one of the most expensive grinders we\u2019ve ever seen and only recommend it if you feel comfortable dropping the cash on it.<\/p>\n

If you are constantly switching between glass, papers, and vaporizers, the interchangeable grind plates may just be worth the price of admission.<\/p>\n
