How it Works<\/h3>\n

The Ardent Nova only has a few steps to it. Toss some whole or pre-ground herb into the chamber which holds up to 1oz (28 grams) of flower or 3-5oz (81-140 grams) of kief.<\/p>\n

Once your product is in place, fasten the lid and hit the button. After 1.5-2 hours the entire process including cool-down should be complete!<\/p>\n

Once you get the herb out, feel free to just sprinkle it into your food, infuse it into oils\/butters or eat it straight (not recommended!).\"Ardent<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Manufacturing Quality<\/h3>\n

For the stated price, there aren\u2019t very many parts of the Ardent Nova. Even the vaporizers such as the Mighty Plus<\/a> that priced at the higher end have more components along with the main kit. Each piece feels very well machined with no irregularities or manufacturing errors. The finish is attractive yet simple and it feels nice to use.<\/p>\n

Included in the box is a basic kit with everything you need to get started, while additional infusion kits are available separately.\"Ardent<\/p>\n

Ease of Use<\/h3>\n

As simple as using the LITL1<\/a>, just toss your herb in and press the button, there\u2019s not much to using the Ardent Nova! Simple for medical patients or those with mobility issues to operate, it\u2019s about as streamlined and easy as it gets.<\/p>\n

Cleaning is also just as easy, as a quick wash of the removable chamber will get all the grime and residue out no problem.\u00a0<\/div><\/div>

Performance<\/h3>\n

It does exactly what it says! The longer cook time is designed to activate your herb without destroying the flavor profile and terpenes contained within.<\/p>\n

The end product is potent, flavorful and effective to say the least! The Lift also does a great job at keeping odor down to a minimum similar to the vaporizers like the Arizer Solo 2<\/a>, which is a nice feature for those who don\u2019t want to make the whole kitchen stink of stunk. <\/div><\/div>

Overall Experience<\/h3>\n

It definitely works! We have no problems getting good results out of the product, but dear lord, the price point seems a bit high for what\u2019s such a simple unit.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t have an oven, don\u2019t like the smell cooked herb, and need the easiest process possible, then sure, it\u2019s a great device! You might be better off saving the few hundred and just using your oven if you\u2019re just a casual consumer, however.<\/p>\n

For a lower price, the Magical Butter<\/a> will infuse oils\/butters in one slick package too! The Ardent Nova definitely works very well, but we find it hard to spend $200+ just to easily decarboxylate herb. The end product is great, but similar results can be achieved with your standard household oven. This is more geared towards condo and apartment dwellers worried about aromas affecting their neighbours.<\/p>\n
